Everything in the library is only a starting point. The silicone on the sole can be developed from scratch: shape and logo, layout, colour, thickness, hardness and coverage are all specified per programme.

Any layout can be rescaled, rotated, mirrored or mixed — different patterns on forefoot and heel, borders, negative-space logos or grip only where you need it.

Print height from 0.3 mm to 1.2 mm and 30–60 Shore A durometer, tuned to floor type, user weight and how much cushioning you want underfoot.
Full sole, forefoot only, heel + forefoot or a small heel patch. Coverage drives both the grip level and the unit cost, so we quote the options side by side.
Two grip compounds to choose from: food-grade silicone and phthalate-free PVC. Silicone is softer and lasts longer in the wash; PVC is firmer, holds sharp pattern edges and suits tighter price points. OEKO-TEX, CPSIA and REACH documentation per lot.

The mould charge is one-off per design — USD 50 for a PVC screen, USD 100 for a silicone screen — and it is credited back as soon as the order passes 500 pairs.
