One hundred and fifty computerized knitting machines running 144-needle to 200-needle cylinders cover every gauge from baby socks to adult crew. Because printing and packing sit in the same building, we can re-plan a rush order in a day instead of a week.
Grip failure is the number-one complaint in this category, so we test adhesion, not just appearance. Every production lot is sampled for wash-fastness and pull strength, and the data sheet goes in the carton.
Documentation is part of the deliverable — we send copies with the quotation, not after you ask twice.
We are 90 minutes from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport and 2.5 hours from Shanghai. We arrange pickup, a full line walk-through and a meeting with the production manager.
